Easy work. Decent crews. Don't have to really worry about wear and tear on your own vehicle

Cons

Hours suck. Pay sucks. On call sucks. There is no set call schedule. Forget about trying to have a life because you'll get third degree or disciplined if you can't do something. Planning things is out the window.
