      Pros

      Most of the people are pleasant and good work environment.

      Cons

      Lack training and you will be expected to eventually get it. You will be in a van sitting long hours at a time.

      If you NEED a job there are aluminum cans to pick up for recycling and you would be happier.

      Customers were good people You can rest easy knowing you made the company a healthy paycheck.

      Cons

      Management, hours, pay They don’t share the paycheck with their drivers. You are expendable and treated as such. Your safety and the safety of your passengers and the general public is not important to management.

      Not Bad if You Like the Road a lot

      Pros

      Sometimes you get called for work in other areas of BC and Alberta. Paid hotel rooms and meal allowance.

      Cons

      Phone will ring in middle of night. It would be better if they allowed their vans to park at the driver's home, saving a lot oftime and hassle, especially in cold weather.
