Lots of travel, crews are great people for the most part

Cons

They try to guilt you into taking trips even though it isn't safe sometimes, pay is horrible for the hoops you jump through and the hours, for most questions you just go in circles looking for answer because it's always voicemail

It's a neat job and you get to travel a lot

Cons

no work/personal life balance, on call 24/7 expected to be ready for a 12 hour shift 24 hours a day, No on call pay, No guaranteed hours, Higher ups out of touch with local drivers. Poor pay rate.

Pretty straightforward work: calling candidates to prescreen them, scheduling drug screens after. Company takes Covid seriously and corporate is majority work from home. Pay is reasonable Fair amount of freedom within role

Cons

Quite a bit of antagonism between locations and corporate A lot of gossip goes around Management not always professional
