Pros

My crew had a great leader and the other crew members were very helpful. We worked 2 weeks on 1 week off, but most of us would stay as long as we could. We did not have a lot of drama. Being on a frac pad, we got about 110 hours/wk. Training is probably the best in the industry.

Cons

Some other crews were not so lucky, it is all luck of the draw. The training does not really carry over to the field as strictly as they say, but they are still very high in safety.
