Company does not care about employees. Stock holders at any cost. Everyone is underpaid. Good environment for incompetent people to get a management position and thrive. No yearly salary raises. Benefits keep getting cut every year. Projects keep getting cut and revived with no focus. Forget about developing your own personal skill set. The only reason I'm still there is to finish current project which I invested a lot of time in. I wouldn't recommend it to any good engineers. But for lazy and incompetent people, you can really survive in this company for a very long time unfortunately.
