Pros

I liked when I first got hired on with Multi-Chem. Small company feel with small company values. I had lots of freedom in my job. After Halliburton bought us, it was another story...

Cons

After Halliburton bought us, all of our company values we had with Multi-Chem went straight out the window. They shut down our PSL (Product Service Line) in California and laid everyone off without any notice.

Mostly a good company, just don't get old.

Pros

Good company for young up and comers and old executives.

Cons

Hard not to be a little bitter; three decades of experience, a recognized leader among peers and customers was not enough to prevent being targeted because of the compensation my experience and expertise yielded.

Pros

Salary, benefits, supportive coworkers, relatively flexible office schedule, laid back office attitude, ability to make connections with other within the industry.

Cons

In this position you are on-call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and have to be available to deal with issues by taking calls from your employees as well as customers at any time.
