Pros

Great people throughout the company. Flex hours. Great benefits, though they have changed in the last couple of years.

Cons

Don't take care of their people. Oil industry is way down, business is as well. When it's bad, it is really bad. Poor management in Supply Chain.

Pros

The work is plentiful and diverse enough to keep you interested, the people working here are just as diverse and interesting.

Cons

Clique's and interpersonal relationships play a huge part in your promotion and outside training, and upper management cannot seem to make hard decisions so development work is left twisting in the wind for the next guy to figure out.
