Pros
lots of work, lots of hours, training is good but only a few get the actual training required.
Cons
I have more vacation days then 3 of my bosses have worked combined. All 3 are very vindictive and are more worried about changing light bulbs under any mangers desk then actually do their jobs. I would use caution if relocating here, 3 years is about the average time before they come up with a reason to fire you. The last one was let go because of drivers license issue, even though we are self insured, bet no grey hats or mangers have been let go.
