      Pros

      Great benefits, decent pay, very flexible when family members are hospitalized. The executive team tries to be transparent to its employees.

      Cons

      Rating and ranking is VERY subjective and not always based on the stated goals and objectives of the job title. Regardless of if the employee met or exceeded goals and objectives, the rating can still be "does not meet objectives". Managers take out their personal feelings about the employee in their rating, which is salary affecting.

      Great work environment, friendly colleagues, tasks assigned seemed less challenging due to excellent training, good supervisor

      Salary was lower than expected for the position, politics with senior management and staff

      Pros

      good training facilities provided to new trainees and new joined staffs. Very experienced staffs, helping NJ staffs to properly understand their work environment and duties.

      Cons

      intensive labour/work. Harsh climatic conditions esp in U.A.E wherin the heat soars upto 45 deg celcius.
