      Cool technology but quickly being out dated

      Cons

      Poor management, very limited knowledge base makes it hard to learn job and progress. Out of the hundreds of people I have met most quit and those that stay do not like the culture or pay.

      Pros

      All the overtime you could ever want and then some. The benefits are ridiculously in expensive. I am married and have two kids may total monthly health care contribution for a complete PPO is $168.13. They will match your 401 up to 6%.

      Cons

      All the overtime you could ever want and then some. As an Electronics Technician, I average 90 to 100 hours week, this is good for the bank account but I don't have the personal time to spend any of it.

      Pros

      Great opportunities abroad in all different locations. Compensation in expat benefits competes to be the best in the industry. Work life balance will be sacrificed when first starting out, but that is the case at most companies. In supply chain, they promote from within and quickly - if you log in the time and commitment, it doesn't go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Overall strategy is weak between field operations and supply chain. however leadership is working to change this and change can be noticed. While Halliburton promotes fast and quickly, sometimes the change management process can be difficult to adapt to when you manager is changing once to twice a year.
