Pros

Pay was ok. Managers were great. Good overall company to work for. Hours were to crazy for me. Good Luck.

Cons

The hours were way to crazy. I could not handle the 24 hour call, thought I could, but I couldn't.

- Learning opportunities. - Professionalism. - Career advancement - Flexibility of schedules - Remote training opportunities - Connections - Modern equipment

Cons

- Senior management can be inflexibile with scheduling. - Long weeks on rigsite with 12 hour work days. - Lots of work followed by downtimes with almost no work.

Pros

Great way to get into the oilfield. They have some of the best technology out there. Things are a little more structured than at most smaller competitors.

Cons

You get little or no training. They are too worried about profit margin, it's hard to get time off that you are entitled to.
