Pros

Opportunities and exposure to many facets of business.

Cons

Tell management what they want to hear, not the truth. Do things their way, they are not open to new ideas and change no matter what they say. Politics at nearly every turn, and they are quick to pull the trigger towards those challenging the status quo.
