Pros

If you can work a scheduled rotation the time off is not bad.

Cons

It seems as if nobody is held accountable for their actions except the people who work in the field. Support is almost non-existent. WAY TO TOP HEAVY. Have assistants for assistants & someone has to make the money to pay for their salaries. Too much of the good ole boy network, not if you can do the job but who you know. Years of service does not matter-your just a number.

Pros

Working International, the time off you get.

Cons

Lower pay compared to other companies. Field employees are the only people held accountable for their actions. Very top heavy. No loyalty to its senior employees, even if you have more than 20 years with the company. Benefits seem to decline every year.
