      Pros

      Worked at the arrivals kiosks — absolutely loved my team. Health insurance plan included, had many moments of downtime, and OT available. Interview was conversational, with basic questions about experience and customer service scenarios. Overall a good experience for me.

      Cons

      - Depending on which account you are placed, your job can be very hectic and fast-paced, with little room for error. - Condescending management & HR - When it’s busy, it’s very busy. Prepare to attend to several hundreds of people at once. For most accounts, this is an everyday thing. - A very very slow path to career progression.
