Decent benefits package, although you have to wait for months to get your 401k.

Cons

Complete lack of support and training from the HQ. If you are not working in LAX you're on your own and the only thing that matters to the company is how much money your are making for the account you're working on. No core of values, ethics or backbone what so ever.

Most of the regular agents are friendly. EVA account is the worst out of the worst.

Cons

Management sucks. Account manager and half of the senior supervisors talk behind the agents back and favorism. They barely teach you and expect you to know everything. When you ask a senior supervisor a question, they mostly will ask you back "how come you don't know / shouldn't you know/ don't ask me that stupid question again." 2-3 months ago EVA supervisor got a warning letter because of having a gossip group, and now she just got promoted to CZ account manager recently due to favorism. Managers always take your OT hours off just to make sure they don't have to take their bonus out to pay you. Positions always switch around at the last time rather you agree or not.
