Decent Salary. 401K plan . Good Beneifts. Good working relationship with peer group.

Cons

Long hours and often need to come in on short notice. difficult to plan off time. Sometimes, unrealistic financial expectations. Support from Executive team is sometime lacking due to recent changes in upper management

the environment is good, i love my manager and my supervisor they are one of the best people i ever worked with, they are flexible with the schedule unless they are short staffed, but you also have to be flexible with them. it's really like a family. and also you gonna learn a lot.

Cons

the paying is very low, with the amount of work we do we should get paid more, we see that other companies pay their agents more, so why we are not getting paid as much. also there is not that much of an opportunity to grow with the company. also they took more than 6 months to give us our raises, so they ended up giving us the raises for 2 years together and they ended up being cents not even a full dollar raise.

Easy job, paid health insurance, paid training, flexible hours, flexible rest days, boss easy to talk to regarding schedules

Cons

No flight benefits, crappy supervisors, there is basically favoritism in giving vacations, no room for growth unless you transfer to headquarters
