The favoritism is so great and they don't appreciate loyalty at all, they constantly over seen the way they treat people, and the new regulations for salary and health insurance created a monster within the company, they take advantage of the Los Angeles Ordinance and only use it to their advantage, there are no more benefits to the employees, they don't compensate as it should be.

Management sucks. Account manager and half of the senior supervisors talk behind the agents back and favorism. They barely teach you and expect you to know everything. When you ask a senior supervisor a question, they mostly will ask you back "how come you don't know / shouldn't you know/ don't ask me that stupid question again." 2-3 months ago EVA supervisor got a warning letter because of having a gossip group, and now she just got promoted to CZ account manager recently due to favorism. Managers always take your OT hours off just to make sure they don't have to take their bonus out to pay you. Positions always switch around at the last time rather you agree or not.
