      Introduction to Airline Industry. Supportive Supervisor.

      Cons

      Unprofessional Shift Leads within the last year that leads to their subordinates to gossip amongst each other in front of Guests. Shift Leads also discriminate among staff members to the point of falsifying information to sabotage the customer service agents they do not get along with.

      Pros

      Great company to start with in the airline industry. Gives you experience into multiple operations from check-in to gate. Hallmark is contracted with multiple accounts so you have the opportunity to work for more than one account and get experience.

      Cons

      Rare to get flying benefits since they are a contracted company. Hours are also limited as a CSA agent within the company unless you work more than one account.
