Decent Pay, benefits, amazing coworkers, family style environment

Cons

Managers are unprofessional, don't know what they're doing. Way too much favoritism, if they have an issue with an employee they don't address them directly instead they beat around the bush and come up with lame excuses as to why they move people around and call it "cross training". They take advantage of employees and if you don't do your own research and pay attention they will screw you over.

They are flexible with scheduling if you request days off a month ahead

Cons

Terrible management, they don't listen to employee concerns and suggestions. They have favoritees and those are usually the ones that report on other agents. no growth opportunities. Minimum wage. I don't know about other stations but hallmark at Newark is really terrible.

Ability to switch shifts is very lenient compared to many other companies.

Cons

Management is extremely biased and favorites play a major role in the decisions for scheduling, vacation days, and positions when on duty.
