Hard to get full time

Since the new president took over, the focus has shifted heavily toward running the company rather than supporting and valuing the people who keep it moving. Many strong team members, including employees with over 10 years of service, have left due to feeling underappreciated for the amount of work they put in compared to what they receive in return. The new leadership does not seem to understand or acknowledge the importance of appreciating and retaining dedicated staff.
