As long as you focus on your work it can be a pretty chill place to work, Once you get used to the speed of it as well it can be enjoyable.

Cons

There were some issues with pay for coworkers.

some airline has amazing teams that are kinda trauma bonded. some managers/supervisors will back you up and way better to deal with karens than ur average retail job where "customer is always right"

Cons

Their advertised pay rate will NOT be the one you get. they will take out crazy amount from ur paycheck as "health insurance contribution" and it is NOT optional. u cant easily opt out of it. some airline direct hires will look down on u and act like u are a second class citizen who needs to be micromanaged every second. while experience with karens can be better than average retail job, airport karens are usually crazier and u are expected to take the abuse if they happens to be frequent flyer or in first class.
