      Great pay and decent conditions. Some experienced direct supervisors.

      Cons

      Can sometimes have a high-school feel. Follow through on minor changes. Lack of connectivity between upper management and facility employees.

      Okay pay. In house cafeteria and gift shop.

      Cons

      Slow growth. Delayed communication to upper management and between managers. Poor training practices. High turnovers for entry lvl employees. Outdated processes for tracking production data. list goes on. Do not see location being around in 10 years. a lot of lay offs
