      Managers are all new and lots of turnover leads to poor choices Percentage of overtime you have to keep Not a lot of move up room Stressful days at times of high workloads

      Great money for easy work, leave work at work, little stress other than interpersonal. Lots of immature adults who pick on each other at times.

      Cons

      If your good they work you 2 as hard as the lazy guy next to you. No repercussions for people who don’t work.
