The local management is terrible. Supervisors don't understand the mechanics of the job. They offer very little pay and expect you to bend over backwards. My second supervisor was great, but the last one barely understood how the job really got done. When she worked in your store she would make the displays look awful and encourage RMAs to "pack pockets" which leads to damages and messy displays. I could not follow guidelines that make the display unattractive. I don't believe the corporate management knows what goes on at the local level. This could be such a fun part-time job, but the local management lacks so much understanding of the job it becomes frustrating for an educated person.
