It is a great environment to build your career experience. Business is evolving fast and there is no boring moment.

Cons

Heavy workload and be prepared to work overtime to meet deadlines. It's tough to balance work and life.

Pros

Caring Warm Environment. People are Awesome. Generous Vacation and Sick Day Policy. Product Discount Perks are great. Good Work/Family Balance.

Cons

Too driven by US Head Office. Large company, sometimes hard work can go unnoticed and overlooked. Less perks for new people as many rewards based on seniority.

- Flexible shift/schedules while in school. Not too demanding while studying. - Excellent coworkers - Good discount - You get to ply with the ornaments when they come out.

Cons

- no full time for sales associates - no benefits for part time - Christmas stuff comes too early - limited hours - always need to upsell
