Pros

it is an organization which is open to Ideas and lets you execute & strategize them. It also gives you ample opportunities to Learn, as it is a new & young member of the HCL family. The organization is at a growing stage hence, like a working mom multiple tasks are handled simultaneously, and one can see them being handled well.

Cons

Cons Being a young organization started in ……, at times it takes a little longer to take decisions as they want to be careful about the results.

Pros

No sales goal pressure. The only advantage I can think of

Cons

Bad attitude of manager(s) Lack of enough staff Lack of enough backroom space for excess stock received (and not even for staff to sit down, lockers were inside toilet! So you can imagine...) Too much workload for christmas season Also for closing, very old school procedure at the time which lead to taking way too much of time and effort. I saw so many newly-hired's quitting after 1 week
