Pros

Responsive manager who cares about employees

Cons

Unrealistic around holidays- merchandise boxes need specific labeling to cut down on set-up time.

Pros

You get a pay check!

Cons

Management is awful. Its a click of people and if the manager is questioned about any of the shady work you can forget about getting any work. I called out the manager and needless to say, I'm not to be employed again by the company even though I quit. Would not recommend and I've heard of several people having the same issue. I've worked for many people and never had any issues, but can't say the same with Hallmark

Pros

You work when you want as long as the job gets done.

Cons

they limit you to typically one hour at one location each week. typically each merchandiser will only have 1 to 3 locations which means I’m only allowed to work three hours a week at 14.50 an hour. You’ll never get a raise.
