Friendly coworkers but poor management and unrealistic expectations

It was nice to work with friendly people- both from the stores that were serviced and from the company

Cons

The management was awful. Out of touch, unrealistic in their expectations and unwilling to accommodate the "flexible" schedule they advertised. Didn't give enough time to get stores serviced and were quick to criticize when a job was completely finished. Not great to have to leave jobs not completely to stay within the very minimal hours that were allotted each week.

Great job for those that like to work alone some and in groups other times.

Flexible. Able to pick up extra hours if wanted.

Cons

Raises are given annually verses on merit and teamwork. I would rather have my raises based on my work dedication than across the board raise.
