Great atmosphere and plenty of resources. The grounds are very well kept, the work schedule is flexible when necessary, and the benefits are generous.

Cons

The level of community is not as strong as it could be.

Beautiful campus Near Iroquois peoples City is small but nice Colgate is nearby - good exchange facilities Deep pockets

Cons

Most students are poor - have been told and given grades higher than abilities Administration - very conservative, discouraging to best professors Tough on women professors - jock students disrespectful Tight, closed clicks groups and community Negative faculty back stabbing -- esp tenured professors who aren't well qualified in their areas anymore
