Great work environment, motivated students, easy hours and good benefits.

Cons

It is quite cold, but you get used to it and then when you return to anywhere south of Clinton, you really appreciate it.

The people are usually great. Will find very few who are unhappy to be there. As a lab consultant, there are many opportunities to be promoted!

Cons

As a student, the pay is pretty poor and there are no opportunities to get benefits or increase compensation aside from working more. You can also end up with some crappy hours.
