Pros

I have been in the legal industry for 25 years and can honestly say that HMB is a nice place to work. From the managing partners on down the people are caring and will help others in need. I have seen Management give staff members second chances and sometimes even third chances if something is not working out with their current attorneys.

Cons

Environment can be stressful from time to time but what business does not stress?
