Pros

Hamister purchased our community at the end of last year. As with anything, change is difficult but their team truly are always available with any questions or problems. They left a lot of what already works in place and changed some things that needed improved.

Cons

Learning curve was steep due to change in reports and learning the Hamister vocabulary and acronyms.
