Pros

Flexible with a family first attitude.

Cons

Constantly adding additional duties added to employees because of constant turn over. You have more work to do and are expected to do it in the same amount of time with the same quality work. Poor Management. Poor communication. Corporate office barely knows we exist.

Pros

I enjoy success. I enjoy learning and growing. I am not comfortable being average. I have read some of the negative reviews on this. I suspect I even know who wrote them since they sued some similar language when they were talking behind peoples back while employed here. In making that connection I can also share with any readers of glassdoor who want to know the real story, that those are chiefly written by people who did not contribute, lied to the officers when asked questions or made stuff up. The CEO and the senior officers are indeed tuff. They expect people to focus on results. They do not reward effort but they celebrate results. They give lots of room to those (like me) that produce results to have impact and influence. Tuff but fair is how I would rate senior officers. I have personally had to explain to the CEO why I continued doing something that was not working and costing the Company money. The CEO was tuff. But he also coached me on how to become better. Once I started feeling bad for myself and started to listen I learned how to be more effective and found that with results comes more self satisfaction. I felt better about myself. This is what the CEO and COO require of its people. These are people who know how to produce success!

Cons

This is not the place for people who want to be coddled, rewarded for effort vs. results --- nor is it the place for people who just want to do the minimum. I am not sure why anyone would want to work for anyone who does not know how to drive success. The Company should stop trying to coach everyone. Not everyone is ready for this level of success. I am and I am proud of it.

Pros

Having been employed with Hamister Group, LLC for several years, one of the things that stand out most to me about the organization is community involvement. Hamister is an active participant in local events and encourages all staff to join in at all levels. Based on participation, staff is recognized for their time giving back to the community. In addition, as a current employee, I’ve experienced first-hand the ease of access to the executive team. Although their expectations are high, as they should be, the company goals are attainable. Not to mention, should I face an obstacle, I’m comfortable with approaching the executive team for leadership. I’m looking forward to the years ahead and continued growth with the organization.

Cons

Unfortunately we do not get to see all the people in person that we have daily contact.
