Supportive colleagues, family friendly, wonderful student body- diverse, eager, dedicated, good-natured. The Twin Cities are a great place to live and work.

Cons

Lower pay than other regional universities. That is really the biggest issue on campus that hurts morale. New President is looking to change that.
