Pros

Great hours. Good people. Great benefits and bonus structure. CEO is easy to work with. Allows management to run their departments. Company decisions and processes are made as a team and not a dictatorship. We do have quite a few meetings, but that means that communication is happening. It is not an easy task to juggle as many custom made products as we do. We have some very talented people here, and I personally have learned a lot since I've started working here.

Cons

End of quarters can be a pain.

Beautiful handcrafted products, amazing people, creative aspect to the job.

Cons

Where do I start, horrible pay, CEO yelling and constantly dropping the F-bomb, CEO and management creating negative atmosphere and pitting teams against each other, the most negative company I have ever worked for.

Pros

Craftsmanship and design of product is fabulous. Truly is a work of art. Employees other than management and inside sales reps are great people to work with.

Cons

Culture!!! They do not recognize the value of good employees until it is too late. High turnover in sales staff because of compensation and terrible culture. There is so much back biting, verbal abuse and poor business practices in the sales organization I dreaded going into the office.
