Not a happy place!!

Pros

Really good co-workers, can be a relaxed place when Bill the ceo is on vacation or out of the office. Pretty products but a lot of mistakes made and unhappy clients.

Cons

Management, back biting within the different teams, hated going to work most of the time. Under paid, under appreciated and simply very negative culture and atmosphere. Most employees were always complaining about the horrible work environment, very sad because I thought it would be such a great place to work but I have never been so wrong. It's great you get pto but you never have the time to use it or if you try to take time off you are bullied by management or Bill.

Challenging, but not boring.

Pros

The best part about working at Hammerton is being able to make a difference every day. The company is small, which means no bureaucratic hoops to jump through to try something new. However, be prepared to use personal time to get your idea off the ground. The company is experiencing tons of growth and expansion, which is exciting to be a part of.

Cons

The small company affect cuts both ways. You get to make an impact every day, but that means no breaks. No matter how hard you work, there will always be more to do, and expectations are high.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Hammerton. People there are great to work with and are always willing to help you learn about the company. The management team definitely expects employees to perform at a high level. The CEO shares department productivity numbers at the end of every quarter which drives/cultivates a focused environment where employees are constantly trying to achieve goals and reach deadlines.

Cons

The work can be repetitive. However, since the company is so small there is always room for growth.
