      If you can't get hired anywhere else, or need to start out because of inexperience, this is a good place to get trained.

      Cons

      Pay is nominal. You feel disregarded and very much like a number. Opinions and suggestions are disregarded.

      Pros

      Works with your schedule, M-F, somewhat newer equipment, extra pay on the weekends, receptionist, mechanics, and other drivers are nice. Some managers will be there for you if you need it.

      Cons

      Company won't try to help driver if accident occurs, will spend more time looking for reasons to discipline them. Won't upgrade or get new equipment, prefers to use outdated equipment that consistently breaks down. Will take sweet time to fix truck repairs. Breaks FMCSA laws by "fixing" the books to make it look like drivers have had 10 hours of sleep on occasion.
