      Pros

      They are a family company, so you don't just feel like a worker. You feel like family. They actually care about their employees. I have a child and they have had no problem working around my schedule when need be. I've been working for them for 3 years, such a great company to work for!

      There is none that I can see.

      Cons

      Management fighting amongst themselves. Hour cuts. Management lying to employees. Horrible safety practices. They simply do not care about their employees at all. Don't even think about working here if you are a woman, unless you want a office job, because they will not hire you. They will also fire woman workers not in a office position if they buy the company you work for as well.
