Good pay for the job, easy to please guests by giving full refunds, even for small reasons

Cons

Managers overwork you, gaslight you and are just manipulative overall. They lie about your initial pay, and try to get you to do work that is above your pay grade and outside of your job description. They reward bad employees and ignore the good ones.

There is a hotel discount program

Cons

The management and human resources is lacking. There is no chance of mobility here. Pay is very low for the amount of work we have to do. Every employee has to do work that is not part of their job description. Management does not care about your work life balance.
