Repeatable duties, very easy to get in a rhythm and flow, routines form pretty quickly and is great if you like to work alone over working with teams of multiple people.

Cons

The workload can sometimes be quite large, and if you're new this can go from daunting to outright disastrous fast, even if you're working as quickly and diligently as possible. You can only go as fast as your occupied rooms empty, and for as long as linen is stocked, meaning while you don't necessarily work in teams, you most certainly rely on the laundry people doing a good job, and on customers leaving as scheduled.
