After 90 days you get Hilton Honors Benefits, you can use them for Hotel rooms, rental cars, phone bill with certain companies. Meeting new guest on a daily basis

Cons

No health benefits, 401k, Pay is not all that great. I was at one Hampton Inn property and while I was in charge of housekeeping we were #1 in Kentucky, # 3 world wide including Canada won More awards then I can count. Had the highest SALT scores they ever seen from one property and I was at the same pay as when I first got the position 4 1/2 years ago at 15/hr.

Will cut your hours out of spite if slow You don’t get paid enough for the amount of work you do If your not Hispanic and your working in housekeeping…. Good luck. Understaffed sue too poor management. Management is cheap and doesn’t want to hire anyone. If they do hire extra people because current employees cannot handle the extreme amount of work that needs to be done hours will be cut Housekeeping staff should be more appreciated

Works not evenly divided between employees (your coworkers will get 2-5 rooms while you get 10-13 rooms each day), Under paid, overworked,
