The best reason to work at Hampton, is for the hotel discounts, they are very nice.

Cons

because most are franchised, there are no benefits, it's not a place you want to retire from.

Great team environment. Working in a hotel provides unlimited interaction with guests and co-workers. Hospitality is a great place to network!

Cons

One working in hospitality must be ready to take on challenges faced when people are not happy. If you are not ready to turn around a bad situation, you will be caught in one yourself!
