Pros

The absolute best company I've ever worked for. Production bonuses, Christmas bonus, and above competitive wages for the area. Random freebies for safety, yearly company events, and yearly wage increases.

Cons

The minor complaints I have are nothing compared to the benefits of working here. A good percentage of the problems I experience are talked about and fixed at some point. Great management.
