Pros

Hampton is a company that rewards hard work. They almost always try to hire from within the company first if the open position provides an opportunity for advancement. Hampton offers competitive salary and benefits as well.

Cons

Being a Lumber Company, you sometimes have to deal with very stressful situations. This is nothing that cannot be overcome however.

Pros

Competitive, fun atmosphere where people enjoy each other. You can earn good money and promotions by working hard. Being in business 75 years and owned by the Hampton family makes me feel secure.

Cons

Can't think of any although we are running out of space as the Company grows
