Working as a relief operator, you have a certain amount of freedom than normal production shifts.

Cons

Forklift operators are the quickest way out of the company being that every fault is due to the operator even if it is not due to the operators fault.

Great people who are passionate and care. Good benefits.

Cons

Hard to get ahead if you don't know someone, really hard to get ahead if you're a women. They work you too death and unless your a sales person pay is not great.
