      Pros

      Depending on the lab, great work environment. Good collaboration amongst labs. Always can ask for help and will more than likely find someone who can assist you.

      Cons

      Administration is a bit conventional so resources take a while to become available through purchasing.

      Scenery is nice, campus is secure

      Cons

      stressful. micromanagement. no care for the students, more for the paperwork. most will not even speak with a student or anyone 'lower' than themselves. its common to see specific people having employees walking out of their offices upset or crying from the lack of respect given. no room to move up or departments. most buildings have a roach problem/falling apart.
