University lacks leadership and there is a culture of mistrust. The University hasn't automated and most tasks are completed by completing forms and triplicate. Pay deduction is always available to pay for services that the University is selling You pay for your business cards and will receive a parking ticket if you do not park in your allotted space. Leadership hires their relatives or female favorites and the general perception is that they receive huge paychecks and not held accountable for their work.
If this is how staff is treated, think about the students who are paying over 40K a year to attend school.
