I enjoy the students I serve. They make the job worthwhile.

Cons

Definitely need to review their benefits as they are horrible. Especially the health insurance. The pay is also an item that needs review.

You get to do more than you bargained for. Expect no encouragement. In most cases, the team might be good but please, don't expect too much.

Cons

Less pay. More work. The management is bad. Too many disconnect. Your contract may not be renewed or might be canceled in the middle of your job.
