Not Bad, Not Great

Pros

You meet new people all of the time and the environment is pretty casual. full and part time benefits

Cons

Customers, low pay, bonuses are dependent on way too many factors that are practically uncontrollable, vacation benefits are low, and upper management is always overbearing and unconcerned with personal needs. Everything is strictly based on the customers, besides the fact that everything is still outdated.

Pros

Good starting salary. Great boss.

Cons

Citing 35% decline in in-person transactions, the company is closing 18 locations including mine. This comes 1 month after eliminating the most important position at EVERY branch...and is the 3rd wave of closures.
