Pros

-Routine & Repetitive (if you like this) -Busy (depends on branch location) -Interactions with customers (great meeting new ppl as well as regular customers) -Simple tasks

Cons

-part timers work EVERY Saturday... it sucks -if you hate retail, you'll probably hate being a teller. It's about 85% customer service -pay & benefits could be better

Pros

Great Co Workers and convenient

Cons

Monthly incentive goals to meet were out of the processor’s control and unlike all others I’ve had anyone that I had previously seen. Rarely would you get paid a file that you did. Maybe 1/3 of them. And the ones that you did get incentive on basically you were getting five dollars a file. Management does nothing but micro manage and worry about pipeline reports. It’s all about the loan officers.

Pros

Working with my employees, they were great.

Cons

Too profit oriented and not client oriented. Pushes too many debt products on people who don’t need it.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you feel that we are moving to a pressure to sell. Helping people achieve their financial goals and dreams is our mission. As such, we provide an array of products and services for our associates to offer our clients to help them reach those goals. Pressure to sell is not in line with our core values and not something we advocate. Please contact me directly if you would like to discuss further at 334-425-2974 or Kelly.campbell@hancockwhitney.com. Regards, Kelly Campbell Talent Acquisition Operations Manager
